Vegan One Pot Puttanesca Pasta Recipe
  • We find it a lot easier to chop the nori into small pieces using scissors. The nori is optional but it adds a wonderful taste of the sea to this pasta.
  • Our pasta of choice is linguine, but you can use any pasta you like. In fact, you can make this gluten-free using gluten-free pasta – just make sure the nori you’re using is also labelled as GF, too.

This recipe is outstanding! Any advice on how to maintain integrity of sliced cherry tomatoes, other than adding them late in the recipe?

Thank you! You can definitely add the cherry tomatoes later if you prefer i.e. add them at the same time as the pasta.

Wow so rich and tasty probably my favorite pasta dish ! I used udon noodles for their silky texture and capers in salt from Pantelleria for their wonderful taste ….Thank you
