- You can also bake these for 15 minutes at 180°C / 356°F if you want a healthier version.
- The tofu we use is extra-firm so we don’t need to press it before breaking it up into bite-sized pieces. But depending on what tofu you use, you might need to press it first to make sure it doesn’t crumble.
Otherwise it’ll all fall apart and you’ll be left with crumbs!
