These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SO VEGAN website and mobile applications (iOS and Android) (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Plant Future 22 LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By using the Service or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
1. What is SO VEGAN?
SO VEGAN is a recipe platform offering free access to a limited selection of recipes and, through a paid subscription, access to the full range of recipes and features. The Service is available on our website and through our mobile apps for iOS and Android.
2. Access & Accounts
You may browse the website freely without an account.
To use the mobile apps and to access subscription features (on the website or app), you must create an account using your email address.
Your account is personal and non-transferable.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions, Trials & Payment
We offer monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. Each may include a free trial period (typically 7 days), subject to eligibility.
On the website, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
On both website and apps, subscriptions are managed via RevenueCat, and on mobile devices, payment is processed by Apple or Google.
Your subscription begins once payment is taken (or once your free trial ends) and renews automatically unless cancelled (see Section 5).
Subscription pricing and billing frequency will be clearly presented at signup.
4. Subscription Period & Automatic Renewal
Your subscription continues for the period selected and renews automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled.
We may change subscription pricing or benefits. If we do, we will notify you in advance, and continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before your next billing date:
On iOS: through your Apple ID subscriptions
On Android: through your Google Play subscriptions
On the website: through your online account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Except where required by law, we do not provide refunds for unused portions of a subscription term.
We may suspend or cancel your access if you breach these Terms or if we cannot process payment.
6. Free Trial Eligibility
Free trials are available only to new users who have not previously subscribed.
Only one trial is permitted per user and per payment method.
Trials may not be transferred, combined with other promotions, or redeemed for cash.
We may deny or revoke a free trial if we believe a user is not eligible.
If you do not cancel your trial before it ends, your subscription will begin automatically and you will be charged the applicable
fee.
7. Changes to the Service & Terms
We may update or modify features of the Service at any time.
If changes materially affect your subscription or cost, we will provide reasonable notice.
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last Updated” date reflects the latest version.
Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Content and Usage
The Service provides vegan recipes, images, instructions and related features such as search, saving, filtering and cook-mode.
You may use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, or attempt to avoid subscription requirements.
All recipe content, images, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors.
9. Nutritional, Dietary & Allergen Information
Nutritional information, dietary tags (such as “Iron Made Easy”, “Protein Packed” or “10g+ Fibre”), allergen guidance and ingredient classifications are provided as estimates and for general information only.
Actual nutritional values, allergens and dietary suitability may vary based on ingredients, brands and preparation methods.
Some of our nutritional content and meal plans have been developed in collaboration with a registered dietitian to support general healthy eating. This does not constitute a professional endorsement and does not create a dietitian-patient relationship between you and any third party.
This information is not medical, nutritional or dietary advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional guidance. If you have a medical condition, food allergy or intolerance, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have specific dietary requirements, you should seek advice from your GP, registered dietitian or another qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for inaccuracies or any negative outcomes resulting from reliance on this information.
10. Licence to Use the App and Website
The SO VEGAN mobile app is licensed, not sold, to you. Access to the SO VEGAN website is granted under these Terms on the same basis.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on any iOS or Android device you own or control, and to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works of the app or website, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
This licence terminates automatically if you breach these Terms or uninstall the app.
11. Platform Requirements (Apple & Google)
These Terms are between you and Plant Future 22 LTD only; Apple and Google are not a party to them.
Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service, including its content, maintenance, support, warranties or liability.
You acknowledge that Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app.
In the event of any failure of the app to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple or Google, and they may refund any purchase price you paid for the app.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Apple and Google will have no other warranty or support obligations.
Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries, and Google and Google’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, they have the right to enforce them against you as third-party beneficiaries.
12. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to Plant Future 22 LTD or our licensors.
You have no rights to the Service except as expressly granted under these Terms.
Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us freely without obligation.
13. Suspension, Termination & Access
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required for security, legal or operational reasons.
Upon termination, your access to subscription features will cease, and we may delete your account in line with our Privacy Policy.
14. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Our liability to you is limited to the amount paid for your most recent subscription term (or £0 if you use the free version).
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data or business.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
If you live in the UK, EU or a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, those laws apply.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
You may bring legal proceedings in England and Wales, or (if you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or an EU country) in your local courts.
