15 Minute Gochujang Udon Noodles
The gochujang adds a delicious hot, peppery flavour to this dish.
Ingredients
Ingredients
- fresh ginger, finely grated
- gochujang
- rice wine vinegar
- soy sauce
- sesame oil
- pak choi, quartered
- sugar snap peas
- packets of straight to wok thick udon noodles
- sesame seeds
Method
- 1
Mix together the ginger, gochujang, rice wine vinegar and soy sauce along with 2 tablespoons of water in a small bowl. Set aside.
- 2
Heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil in a wok or large frying pan over a high heat. Add the pak choi and sugar snap peas. Stir fry for 4 minutes until the pak choi ends have wilted and peas blistered then add the noodles to the pan.

Then pour in the gochujang sauce and fry for a further 2-3 minutes, mixing until everything is cooked through and covered in the spicy sauce.
- 4
